The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and executing operational functions to both ensure optimized processes and facilitate company expansion. The Operations Associate will ensure data integrity and continued exceptional service for clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilties:

• Support daily reconciliation process, trade settlements, reporting, and overall data integrity
• Assist with client billing and audit requirements
• Engage in daily communication with third-party administrators and custodians

Requirements:

• Four-year college degree (Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Economics preferred)
• Up to 2 years of experience working in an operational role (preferably with an RIA)
• Experience working with Charles Schwab and/or Fidelity Institutional platforms (preferred)
• Proficient knowledge and experience with financial technologies including Orion, Salesforce, ByAllAccounts, and eMoney (preferred)
