Supports the Chief Information Officer and members of the Information Technology Services, Communication and BioMed Departments provides administrative, operational and project management support to ensure the efficient operation of the Information Technology Service Division. This includes but is not limited to maintaining calendars, email accounts, screening calls, preparing and distribution of correspondences, maintenance of files, and other special projects as assigned.
EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years related experience in an executive office setting and operational project execution experience. Business Writing, Customer Service/Service Excellence and Time Management Training preferred. Healthcare environment preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS:Proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), strong organizational, written and verbal communications and customer service skills.
OTHER: Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, and ability to balance multiple issues and projects in a fast-paced environment. Critical thinking skills and a high degree of discretion, judgment, and tact. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, internal and external customers.
