Office Administrator – Position Available
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Control:
- Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory levels on Sage Inventory Management.
- Managing stock movements, including receiving, issuing, invoicing and transfers.
- Conducting regular stock takes and reconciling discrepancies.
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Office Administration:
- Handling administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Assisting with other office duties as required.
- Supporting other departments with administrative tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Stock Control:
- Sage Inventory Management is a key requirement.
- Strong understanding of costing, inventory control, and store management on Sage
- Experience with Invoicing, stock management, and supplier coordination on Sage
- Ability to analyse inventory data and identify trends.
- Experience with inventory management software specifically in Sage.
- Office Administration:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Grade 12 with at least 4 Years experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
- Experience in the Meat Industry will be advantageous.
