Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Implementation configuration and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN/computer systems, wireless system, mobile system and PTP connectivity.

2. Visiting factories and BOD residence to rectify problems in computers, wireless equipment, Internet access etc.

3. Installation and maintenance of Apple Macintosh hardware and software system, provide help desk support to concerned users.

4. Installation, configuration and maintenance of versatile E-mail clients on computers, PDA’s Mobiles and other hardware equipment.

5. Check all servers’ logs on daily basis to rectify problem in server hardware, operating system and application software’s.

6. Maintenance pf backup tape cartridges and Tape Library, check backup logs and take required action where necessary.

7. Data Center maintenance regarding cleanness, Temperature, Air Conditioning and uninterruptable power supply.

8. Plan and Stage New Network and system Technologies under the supervision of systems network administration.

9. Supervise ANE for his daily routine tasks regarding Installation and configuration different network and system equipment.
