Responsibilities

· Design and support our network systems and infrastructure

· Configure and operate routers and switches

· Monitor network performance and make recommendations based on performance analysis

· Responsible for construction, configuration, maintenance, optimization of data center IT infrastructure including LAN/Wireless/WAN/ISP, etc.

· Assist in management of mining datacenter Firewall/VPN & overall network security

· Be involved in building and maintaining data center related servers

· Maintain, implement, and troubleshoot networks, and monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses using software tools

· Support users’ technology related issues

· Enhance and increase uptime, performance and reliability

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related area

· Great understanding of basic TCP/IP protocol, Layer 2 & Layer 3 Routing & basic network troubleshooting skills.

· Able to skillfully configure Cisco Network equipment (& other brand equipment), as well as can quickly handle network failures

· Experience with numerous Firewall Software/Physical Devices (Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.) Software VPN (FortiClient, etc.) implemenation & support desired

· Able to Understand the working principle of video surveillance system, can locate the fault and troubleshoot

· Experience & understanding of Software/Network Monitoring Tools such as Zabbix, Solarwinds, PRTG, etc.

· Familiar with WIFI access points & Cloud Services.

· Good communication skills, strong sense of service.

· Passionate about technology, strong learning ability

· Able to travel domestically
