Job Description. Network – Data Backup - Disaster Recovery – Infrastructure Senior Level III Technician - Seeking Fast Hire Week of November 6, 2023

The candidate possesses verifiable Network – Data Backup - Disaster Recovery – Infrastructure Senior Level III Technician experience working for a Managed IT Services Provider or the like. Your resume reflects diverse near Engineer Level IT skillsets as a results-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, reliable team player with an ever-learning mindset. Your references enthusiastically recommend the depth and breadth of your skills.

Additionally:

1. This position is based on Sales Performance, daily operations job requirements, and certifications, which must be comprehensively met in the first 30 days. The candidate substantiates her/his background work experience truly reflects diverse near Engineer Level III IT skillsets. Your resume and references attest to your being a results-oriented Senior Technician with all Knowledge, Skills, and abilities to manage daily operations, CRM, RMM, resolve diverse IT problems & complete comprehensive Ticket Management.

2. You attest to being self-motivated, energetic, a reliable team player and mentor/trainer, with an ever-learning mindset to achieve at minimum, 2 (two) IT Certifications annually - specific to the needs of TeamLogic IT 64005. CompTIA Certifications Preferred.

3. TeamLogic IT provides no Health Insurance, Vision, Life, Dental Insurance nor the like.

4. TeamLogic IT provides no Paid-Time-Off, Holiday Pay, nor Vacation Pay due to the flexibility built into the job.

5. Candidate must have physical presence in Charleston, South Carolina weekly. The part-time work schedule is 35 Work hours per week, day-time hours, Monday through Friday. Daytime, evening, and weekend hours require flexibility to accommodate Client or New Customer needs. In general, no overtime hours are permitted. However, the candidate and the CEO will collaborate to achieve mutual agreement to meet Client or New Customer needs that do not fall within scope of hours and days worked.

6. You will complete tickets in minutes, same day response time to all Help Desk Customer or Client support and services, quickly conduct the necessary research to resolve problems within hours or same day and will report to CEO throughout the day on Client needs and problems.

7. All responsibilities, duties, tasks, skillsets, sales, and IT knowledge expectations are weighted equally to be successful.

8. Within the first 30 days, the candidate demonstrates proficiencies for TeamLogic IT 64005 and TeamLogic Inc. Software Platforms and business processes in every service line. The job description evolves as proficiency in administration skillsets & business acumen grow and the skills to manage daily operations, administration, and sales processes exceeds expectations. The candidate must be able to change “hats” and pivot to meet any New Customer or Client needs.

9. Within the first 30 days, proficiency is demonstrated in, and certification achieved in advanced cybersecurity skillsets and cybersecurity sales to Clients and New customers. Within the first 30 days you achieve proficiency in managing daily operations, monitoring alerts, and mitigating threats. Your cybersecurity skills include but are not limited to Anti-virus, anti-malware, Advanced Email Security, Advanced Data Backups, Advanced Disaster Recovery, Immutable File Protection and Advanced Security with Early Detection and Response, Data Loss Prevention.

10. Demonstrated high level coding skillsets with PowerShell, SQL, Linux, and scripts in general.

11. You maintain the current client’s 100% satisfaction in your work and in the relationship with the client and prospective customers is paramount.

12. The candidate’s experience substantiates a strong business acumen (required), and strong skillsets for Sales Development, Creation of Quotes, Creating Contracts, Contract Management, Project Management, Creating Statements of Work, Creating Master Service Level Agreements, creating Terms and Conditions Agreements and creating End of Month Reports of all types.

13. The Senior Technician is at ease during initial “Discovery Appointments” with new customers and knows the set of questions across every service line to ensure we learn a new customer’s systems, workflow, and IT needs.

14. The candidate maintains the work from anywhere at any time 21st Century Work Model for all client’s workforces’ workflows, computing devices, and printers by maintaining synchronicity, collaboration, sharing, and unified multi-channel communications across all Client’s applications/software platforms unique to each Client.

15. The position requires a mindset for excellence, constant change, learning, troubleshooting, and ability to think outside of the box. You must lead by example, demonstrating you can complete, manage, and maintain the work you expect others to accomplish while staying focused, and driven with a courteous mindset maintained.

16. The candidate has and will continue to drive measurable Key Performance Indicators and overall business revenue streams for Clients and TeamLogic IT 64005. You demonstrate a strong understanding of technology and business productivity systems.

17. You substantiate high skills in root cause analyses. You perform updates and patch management for all Clients devices, equipment, and machines and resolve problems at every level of their businesses. You perform hands-on Client facing onsite or remote work that is completed correctly the first-time. You embrace utilizing cut-edge 21st Century technology solutions.

18. Attendance at Social Networking events is required. Most are early morning, or late afternoon weekday events.

19. You embrace opportunities to communicate in a variety of ways – email, written, verbal, SMS/Text, presenting onsite webinars, presenting at industrial and manufacturing meetings or events, facilitating Virtual meetings, and easily transition to talking in layman terms for customers with a low IT acumen.

25. You demonstrate proficiency at knowing the requirements for internet services, UCaaS, CCaaS, all cloud services, designing new networks, choosing appropriate network equipment, firewalls, servers, workstations, access points, cabling, wiring, cable management, materials, and goods.

26. You complete wiring, cabling, at demarcation points, and complete drops, terminating – test & tone.

27. You acknowledge 3 years’ experience in a client-facing environment like sales or other similar position.

28. You can substantiate experience with Z-printer configuration, Wiring, Cabling, Mesh, Access Points, Cameras, Video-surveillance, onsite security, Nano Beams, SQL Servers, Windows Servers, Active Directories, Virtual Machines, All Cloud Services, and network or server management.

29. You demonstrate diverse IT skillsets and Subject Matter Expertise in providing Apple and MS Windows device support and services, installing agents on client devices, remote monitoring, and management, and quickly resolving cyber threat alerts.

30. You proficiently lead, instruct, mentor, collaborate and critique other technicians inside and outside of TeamLogic IT.

39. Your strong business acumen allows you to understand customer IT pain points, their current and historic IT issues regarding their applications, network, and operating systems wherever the business conducts business. You quickly assess and identify customer needs, set expected outcomes and the Action Plan to resolve diverse problems.

41. You maintain professional courteous behaviors with speech, appearance, written and verbal conversations with various vendors and other MSPs. No beverages, gum, nor eating foods or snacks allowed in virtual meetings nor onsite appointments.

42. You proficiently create contracts, quotes, monthly reports, Statements of Work, and proposals.

43. You proficiently track returns, track and manage managed services contracts, other contracts, and equipment warranties.

42. You understand and demonstrate proficiency in meeting compliance regulations, rules, and federal mandates.

43. A valid Driver’s License and proof of Insured Vehicles for Onsite Client and Customer Support is expected to serve the metro Charleston SC area. Scan your Insurance documentation to the CEO.

44. You create monthly Client Executive Monthly Reports, PCI Compliance Reports, Standard Operating Procedures, Managed Services Agreements, Terms and Conditions Agreements, Statements of Work, Quotes, Invoices and Performs Data Analyses on Sales, create Monthly Sales Revenue Reports and Sales Taxes Due & Payable Reports.
