Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Lead Developer to lead integration initiatives, focusing on the design, development, and deployment of MuleSoft APIs and integration solutions. This role requires hands-on experience in MuleSoft installation/setup, architecture, and managing onsite-offshore delivery models.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end delivery of MuleSoft integration solutions.
2. Design and develop scalable APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
3. Oversee and participate in the installation, configuration, and deployment of MuleSoft runtimes (CloudHub, Hybrid, or On-premise).
4. Coordinate effectively between onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
5. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
6. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align integration design with business goals.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to MuleSoft implementations.
8. Maintain project documentation, technical specifications, and support knowledge base.
9. Ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability requirements.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 14+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, with at least 5 years leading MuleSoft development.
3. Proven experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Anypoint Studio.
4. Strong experience in installation and configuration of MuleSoft in cloud, hybrid, or on-premise environments.
5. Strong Experience in Java
6. Hands-on experience with RAML, DataWeave, API design, and integration with third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, DBs).
7. Experience in managing onsite-offshore development teams.
8. Proficient in CI/CD, version control (Git), and DevOps processes.
9. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
