Currently, we are seeking a talented mid-level candidate to join our marketing team. Our ideal candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills, some experience marketing in an increasingly digital world, an aggressive yet professional attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a creative, entrepreneurial person with some experience in B2B tactics to move effectively and efficiently from strategy to hands-on tactical delivery. Responsibilities:
· Establish product positioning and develop marketing messaging to be used in all sales and marketing activities
· Develop/oversee marketing campaigns across channels
· Prepare and publish press releases and newsletters
· Own the creative process and content development across all marketing materials
· Design, create and deliver content marketing programs to increase the visibility of the company through various content marketing strategies
· Leverage digital marketing channels and mediums including website, SEO, mobile, email campaigns and newsletters, events, video, and social media
· Grow communities and maintain social networking pages and presence
· Develop and follow lead creation plans
· Build the company’s brand awareness, including messaging for brand and products and ensure adherence to brand standards and creative positioning of all marketing materials
· Work directly with other team members to manage opportunities, meet deadlines, maintain internal documents, and follow-up on action items
· Provide creative input for all sales/marketing efforts
· Investigate and identify key industry trends and ideas by researching news and competitor information to make sure our voice and expertise is presented to the marketplace in a timely fashion
Desired Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business administration or equivalent
· Ability to create content naturally
· Strong analytical skills are essential; in an increasingly digital world, we need marketers who are interested in using metrics to improve our marketing efforts
· Ability to generate a following on social media, through blog posts, etc.
· Willingness to think “outside the box” and develop strategies using unconventional methods, e.g., “guerrilla” marketing, using memes and custom images, newsjacking, etc.
· Some experience of successful execution across an array of marketing functions and initiatives in high growth entrepreneurial environments
· Motivated self-starter, able to work independently to grow a marketing capability within an organization
· Excellent written and visual communication skills with a high degree of creativity
· Integrated campaign management and marketing analytics
· Search Engine and AI search optimization experience
· Salesforce.com and Webflow experience
· Must be a team player able to work with key stakeholders throughout the company
