Outskirts of Newark, Permanent, Days 8am- 4.30pm Monday - Friday + occasional Weekend work, £35K+

Our local client, a leading manufacturer within their field, is looking for a Maintenance Engineer who has mechanical exposure on heavy plant, Conveyors, Motors, Gear boxes and machinery. Working Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm and occasional weekends.

Duties of a Maintenance Engineer include;

•Reporting to the Operations Manager to ensure implementation of new production equipment.

•Responding to breakdowns and managing repairs.

•Carrying out scheduled maintenance as per PPM schedule on all equipment involved in the production process.

•Monitor stock levels of parts and spares

•Maintenance support encompassing: floor layout, process flow, methods, tooling and H&S efficiencies.

Candidates will be able to demonstrate the following;

•Experience as a Maintenance Engineer/Fitter, Multi-skilled Engineer.

•Strong Electrical and Mechanical maintenance skills.

•Able to work a three shift system
