Maintenance person needed. Must have experience with handyman type work. Duties include and are not limited to the following: plumbing, painting, janitorial work, snow removal, garbage dumpster rotation, pool maintenance, lawn maintenance and more. Must have dependable transportation and a valid drivers license as well as pass a background test.
