The business offers a credentialing service line called Accelerated Delegated credentialing (ADC), a Learning Management System (LMS) , and a recently launched National Autism Data Registry (NADR).

Marketing Specialist:

We are looking for a creative self-starter who is excited about community building with a desire to work in a collaborative environment. This person must be adept at finding new, unique ways to engage a diverse member base using digital technologies.

In addition to customer engagement, the Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing lead generation, customer acquisition tactics and must be well-versed in marketing and digital optimization strategies.

This person will serve as the internal project manager for all things marketing.

​​Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Content Calendar for email campaigns and social media posts. Direct the development and execution of email and social media marketing and monitor ongoing trends to optimize messaging and content strategy.
• Website Content and Social Integration: Curate relevant content and post original and creative content, such as blogs, photos, videos, and promotions.
• Manage Conference Calendar
• Manage marketing vendor relationships
• Project management of marketing related initiatives
• Lead marketing and digital planning meetings and propose strategies for cross-promotion
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Website & ELearning Platform Management:
• Hubspot/Salesforce management
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to strategically optimize expenditure and enhance overall marketing performance
• Assist with video editing and/or uploading (Wsitia)
• Assist with updating the website with upcoming events and learning content (.e. News updates, events, polls, and other content on behalf of BHCOE and its provider network)
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing
• Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and content management systems
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
• Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills

Familiarity with: Wistia, WordPress, Hubspot, Salesforce,G Suite/Google services and Zoom Webinar preferred. Previous project management platform experience is a plus. Previous healthcare marketing experience is a plus.
