The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who’s ready to jump in and grow with us. You’ll help bring campaigns to life: coordinating across teams, organizing projects, and learning how strategy turns into action.


This is a hands-on role for someone with 1–2 years of marketing experience (internships count) who’s eager to take ownership of real work and learn from a small, collaborative team.


This role reports to the Head of Digital Marketing. This is a remote position with occasional travel required. Candidates must live in Eastern or Central US time zone. Candidates residing in New York, Illinois, Florida, Texas, or Missouri are preferred.


What You’ll Do

  1. Campaign Coordination – Support PR, digital, and local marketing initiatives across all U.S. venues (and collaborating with our U.K. marketing team).
  2. Project Management – Keep campaigns moving; manage deadlines, assets, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners.
  3. Copy & Creative Support – Write short copy for email and web, and make light design tweaks or asset requests (bonus if you have Canva/Adobe skills).
  4. Analytics & Reporting – Pull campaign performance data, create reports, and highlight insights for the team.
  5. PR & Influencer Support – Help manage press and influencer partnerships (scheduling, tracking deliverables, coordinating assets).
  6. Community Engagement – Engage with our followers on social media with consistent brand voice, and work closely with operations and customer service on recovery.

Who You Are

1–2 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house; internships welcome).


  1. Creative, blue-sky thinker. You like coming up with new ideas and trying creative approaches to get people’s attention.
  2. Highly organized and adaptable. You can juggle multiple projects and still meet deadlines.

  3. Curious and ambitious. You pick things up quickly, ask smart questions, and thrive on learning. If you don’t know what to do, you find a way to figure it out.

  4. Strong communicator with solid writing skills (bonus if you can shift between fun/cheeky and professional tones).

  5. Comfortable with data. You don’t need to be an analyst, but you can navigate spreadsheets and pull key takeaways.

  6. Team-oriented, but willing to take initiative and run with projects when handed to you.

  7. Candidates with experience with platforms or software like Klaviyo, Statamic, Linktree, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Monday, Figma, or similar are preferred.

  8. Candidates with B2C experience in hospitality, entertainment, or ecommerce preferred.
