Red Barn Technology Group is seeking a person with a creative, energetic and dynamic personality to organize and implement marketing, branding, PR, and social media efforts for our 5 divisions and our startup. Addtionally we seek to mechanize and begin to selectively offer these services to our managed technology clients. We currently have limited marketing staff. We are not interested in working with an agency. We do have web/graphic designers/content creators/tech wizards/strong emerging product lines. Our businesses are converging and we are looking for fresh, smart, creative people, not necessarily strong industry experience. We value desire, enthusiasm and willingness to learn as much as experience. Duties would include but not limited to: -Overseeing the design and content of web/collateral content to ensure it meets the needs of the target audience -Collaborating with clients or leadership to determine the goals of projects and strategizing plans to meet those goals -Running campaigns to introduce prospective customers to new product releases and build brand awareness -Consistently managing and overseeing content campaigns to ensure they’re engaging customers and bringing in results -Analyzing results from each campaign to determine what was successful and what to improve for the next campaign -Prompting brainstorming sessions with team members to cultivate ideas for new advertising campaign concepts, including content and design elements -Working with other department heads and staff to discuss plans and marketing strategies -Staying current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world -Handling strategic online initiatives -Leading marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation

Ideal candidate should be motivated, organized and high energy person to help bring ideas to life. Candidate will collaborate with other departments as well, on the technology side of the company. Candidate must be OK with a dog friendly environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
