Marketing & Communications Manager - Job Expectations
Specific Duties
- Maintain and manage all traditional and digital advertising for all company clinic locations, all in conjunction with the company’s president, #1 priority
- Directly manage company event marketing efforts.
- Write, plan, design and direct design for current and future marketing campaigns and materials in both traditional and digital media.
- Manage all internal communications, including regular maintenance of Hearinghealthier.com and the company intranet.
- Maintain and manage all web applications and programming languages for company website in congruence with outside web agaency.
- Create and manage all paid search campaigns
- Administer and sustain online channels focusing on Search Engine Optimization, social media, and marketing analytics
- Generate meaningful and relevant metrics, while providing insights and opportunities to expand brand awareness to support our business objectives
- Manage, measure, analyze, and report on web performance including SEO, AdWords, and digital campaigns
- Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns through performance metrics prepared weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Create and maintain budget for online channels
- Manage a defined annual $500k + marketing budget for the company.
- In collaboration with a hired consultant, direct company’s hearing health experts in relationship and disease state marketing to regional primary care physicians
- Collaborate with the company’s hearing health experts and their teams to design and implement regional marketing strategies for each of the company’s clinic locations.
- Build relationships with area businesses, presenting and leading hearing aid discount plans for their companies’ employees and the businesses’ constituents.
- Regularly meet with Management team to discuss opportunities and move the company’s marketing plan forward.
- Manage costs, effectiveness and any way to improve or streamline processes
- Other duties as assigned.

- Microsoft Office Suite
- Graphic Design using Adobe Creative Suite
- Website Management
- Inbound Marketing using HubSpot
- Server Maintenance using Amazon Web Services
- Paid Search advertising using Google Ads, Bing Ads and Yelp
- Social Media Marketing using Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Ti k Tok, You Tube Channel, and blogs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
