Reports to Director of Marketing Operations
Job Purpose
The Marketing Manager is directly responsible for leading marketing efforts across three shop locations, with a strong focus on day-to-day project management and execution. This role requires exceptional organizational skills to manage a high volume of marketing requests, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, brand-compliant support. Acting as a hands-on leader, the Marketing Manager also serves as a strategic bridge between local teams, Regional Leadership, and the Executive Marketing Team. In addition to project oversight, this individual drives innovation through the adoption of emerging technologies and AI tools, always with a service-first mindset. Collaboration, creativity, and operational excellence are key to ensuring all three locations stay aligned with the forefront of real estate marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:
Employee shall assist Regional Marketing Managers and Director to provide marketing and advertising services as outlined below:
(a) design, production and distribution of print materials such as brochures, ads, exposes, direct mail campaigns and press releases
(b) design, production and maintenance of all ads, content, posts, videos, newsletters, and SEO on social media and digital marketing platforms, like Google ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Rezora, Adwerx and others as defined by team advisors
(c) design, production and maintenance of regional websites to keep content current, as requested
(d) track and analyze results of all marketing efforts and recommend marketing strategies to achieve desired results
(e) coordinate/manage and prepare material as needed for speaking engagements, special events, community outreach activities, and trade show exhibitions
(f) stay informed and share information about marketing trends and industry changes to assist in maintaining brokerage competitiveness
(g) attend client presentations and prepare request for proposals used to pitch new business
(h) support with vendor relations, as needed (ie. advertising partnerships)
(i) Stay informed and actively research trends in marketing, real estate technology, AI applications (such as ChatGPT and generative AI tools), and automation. Share insights regularly with the Marketing Team and advisors to maintain brokerage competitiveness. Proactively identify and recommend emerging technologies, platforms, and strategies that can improve marketing effectiveness, client servicing, internal efficiencies, and business growth for the Gestalt Group at large.
(j) cultivate relationships with our advisors to provide a sense of community and culture
(k) fully understand and be able to clearly articulate the unique value proposition of Engel & Völkers and the Gestalt Group from a client (buyer/seller) perspective, as well as from an advisor perspective.
(l) partially oversee local interns within your shop(s) to ensure materials being created are on-brand and up to the EV standard of excellence
(m) other tasks in support of real estate advisors as requested by Marketing Managers or Marketing Director
(n) Collaborate with the Shop Manager and Advisor Concierge to foster in-shop culture, support onboarding and re-onboarding efforts, and lead engaging marketing workshops

Qualifications and Skill: The ideal candidate is a dynamic, self-motivated professional who excels in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. They exude positivity and professionalism in a client- and team-facing environment. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus. The following skills and qualifications are preferred:
Wages negotiable based upon experience.

Starting Pay: $60,000-$65,000 per year, based on experience.

Ability to Relocate: Must be based in Reno, NV, and able to travel to neighboring shops on occasion for in-person trainings, collaborative meetings, and event support.
