Nelson’s Produce Farm is seeking a motivated, creative Marketing Manager to help communicate and host all the great things happening at our family farm. In this position you will help set the priorities for marketing the farm, monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and help develop new events and experiences for visitors to our farm. You will be responsible for all marketing, including event coordination, website optimization; to include social media posts, and any print campaigns. You will develop strategies with the goal of maximizing the outreach and impact of Nelson’s Produce Farm. You will also be charged with being part of the leadership team and overall vision and operations of the farm.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals
- Work closely with the owners to create a fun, festive, educational place for visitors.
- Supervise and manage a team of 3-5 marketing staff and host special events
- Support all teams with up-to-date and aligned marketing materials
- Plan, create and oversee the design, content, and production of all marketing materials
- Oversee planning, preparation, and staging for seasonal events and festivals for our 40-acre family run farm and u-pick garden.
- Plan promotional and awareness campaigns and support
- Manage all online and print materials and campaigns
- Manage all online avenues of production, including website, social media pages, email campaigns, and responses
- Monitor, track, and document campaign results; analyze data/returns/customer response
- Cultivate and integrate new ideas and campaigns that align with current and future sales goals
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising, sales, or related field
- 3-5 years of previous experience as a marketing manager, product managers, strategist, sales manager or related marketing experience
- Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
- Solid understanding of effective marketing strategies, materials, and channels
- Experience preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects
- Strong leadership, planning, and execution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional compensation by profit sharing

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
