We are searching for a motivated and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to join our seed-stage startup. This individual will lead the creation and ownership of our marketing initiatives, including the development and execution of marketing strategies, as well as day-to-day tasks like social media management and content creation.
Responsibilities:
- This individual will lead the creation and ownership of our marketing initiatives, including the development and execution of marketing strategies, as well as day-to-day tasks like social media management and content creation
- Create high-quality content including blog, social media posts, and case studies
- Manage overall online presence, including website design and optimization, social media, and paid advertising campaigns
- Execute a comprehensive marketing plan (developed with leadership) to increase customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Define a strong and recognizable brand identity, voice, and reputation
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, as well as identify market trends and competitive threats
- Plan quarterly virtual or in-person event to generate leads and build brand awareness
- Collaborate with the business development team to develop sales materials, presentations, and proposals that align with the company's marketing messaging.
- Measure and report on marketing performance using data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimizations
- Oversee marketing contractors to ensure successful deliverables
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of marketing concepts, principles, and tactics (social media, digital marketing, SEO, etc).
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong and creative communication skills, both verbal and written
