About the Role

This role will be responsible for creating high quality marketing visuals for SuperTeam Games marketing campaigns. As a part of our Marketing team, you will be working closely with marketing managers to reach and engage our players. This role will collaborate with our creative team on the creation of marketing materials to support our product from box art to screenshots, icons, feature artwork, web banners, interactive advertising and more.

A Day in the Life of our Graphic Artist

• Set up and navigate game editors to set up and capture print-quality screenshots and videos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as our product and development teams to produce videos and creatives.
• Create online and in-game assets for banners, social media, and in game campaigns.
• Shoot, edit and post-produce video content for websites, mobile apps and social media.

About You

• 4+ years creating marketing assets. Gaming industry preferred.
• Maintain and optimize an efficient marketing art pipeline and a template system
• Strong sense of typography, conceptual thinking, animation, motion, attention to details and ability to see the big picture.
• Experience with editing software including After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator and Photoshop and other design tools.
• Excellent skills in graphic design and color theory.
• Excellent photo compositing skills with a great knowledge of lighting.
• Experience creating imagery and motion graphics for social channels
• Ability to work creatively within a brand.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Manages and self directs priorities with minimal oversight.

Nice to have

• Passionate about gaming and sports!
• Knowledge about web3.0/blockchain/NFT gaming space
• Intrinsically motivated to stay on the cutting edge of best practices and trends.
• Game development experience.
• Unity experience.
• Familiarity with Jira or other task management applications

Requirement

• Online Portfolio: A portfolio with examples of graphic design for mobile/online advertising is required to apply. Examples of motion design and print graphics are a bonus!
