What You’ll Do:

1. Build & Maintain Custom Web Applications using PHP and React—own features from architecture to deployment.

1. Manage and Optimize AWS Databases, ensuring data security, scalability, and performance across systems.

1. Oversee API Integrations with key partners—connecting us seamlessly to third-party platforms.

1. Lead and Maintain Data Integrations with Marketing Channels such as Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, and others, helping drive insights and automated workflows.

1. Implement and Develop AI Agents —explore and implement emerging AI technologies that can elevate business strategy and user experience.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer

1. Deep proficiency in PHP, React, JavaScript, SQL, and RESTful APIs

1. Solid hands-on experience with AWS services (RDS, Lambda, S3, etc.)

1. Proven success integrating data with major ad/marketing platforms (FB Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)

1. Passion for AI tools, frameworks, and strategies

1. Highly collaborative with Leadership experience

1. Excellent communication skills and a track record of working effectively in collaborative, supportive teams

1. AI/ML-Specific Skills -Foundational ML Knowledge - Comfort with supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement-learning paradigms; able to choose and tune models appropriately.

1. Data Engineering & MLOps - Experience building data pipelines (ETL), feature stores, model versioning, monitoring (drift detection), and automating retraining workflows.

1. Prompt Engineering & LLM Integration - Proficiency in crafting effective prompts, integrating via APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), and handling rate-limits, tokenization, cost management.

1. Evaluation & Metrics - Defines clear success metrics (accuracy, F1, perplexity, latency), sets up A/B tests, and iterates based on real-world feedback.

1. System-Level & Architectural Thinking

1. Scalability & Performance - Designs systems that handle increasing data volumes and inference loads without degradation.

1. Security & Privacy - Understands model-specific risks (data leakage, adversarial inputs) and applies encryption, access controls, and privacy-preserving techniques (differential privacy)

1. Integration with Business Workflows - Knows how to connect AI capabilities to marketing platforms, CRMs, or other operational systems to drive automation and insights

1. Mentorship & Code Quality - Leads code reviews, establishes best practices (testing frameworks, style guides), and mentors junior engineers.

1. Cross-Functional Communication - Can translate complex AI concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders, set realistic timelines, and manage expectations.

1. Ownership & Initiative - Takes end-to-end ownership, from proposing novel AI use-cases to driving POCs and shepherding them into production.
