Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key part in the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns designed to enhance customer engagement and achieve measurable results. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, accessibility, and development, to confirm that our marketing objectives and strategies are aligned effectively. As the marketing coordinator, you will manage multiple projects, making sure they progress according to schedule and meet deadlines. Your role will also involve producing thorough reports to evaluate campaign performance.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Responsibilities:
· Conducting market research to gather insights and inform marketing
strategies:
- Key Skills Needed: Strong research skills, ability to analyze market trends and customer insights, and develop actionable strategies based on data.
- Tools/Software: Google Looker Studio, Ahrefs, Tableau, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
· Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess
Campaign success:
- Key Skills Needed: Understanding key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, CAC, CPC, ROAS, and more.
- Tools/Software: Google Analytics 4, Google Looker Studio, Google Ads, and Tableau
· Supporting the development and execution of data-driven marketing
strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement and conversions:
- Key Skills Needed: Experience in creating and running multi-channel campaigns (paid ads, organic, email, social media), A/B testing, audience segmentation, and optimizing campaigns for conversions.
- Tools/Software: Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Figma, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email/sms marketing.
· Keeping track of industry trends and competitor activities to identify
opportunities for optimization:
- Key Skills Needed: A strong understanding of digital marketing trends, competitor benchmarking, and the ability to adapt to new trends
- Tools/Software: Google Analytics 4, Google Looker Studio, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and social listening tools like Later
· Managing and utilizing marketing analytics tools for accurate tracking and reporting of all campaigns:
- Key Skills Needed: Advanced knowledge of marketing analytics tools, ability to manage campaigns end-to-end, and report on ROI and marketing effectiveness.
- Tools/Software: Google Analytics 4, Google Demo & Tools, Google Looker Studio, Later, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams:
- Key Skills Needed: Ability to work closely with various teams (e.g., content, design, product, accessibility, and dev) to align marketing strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Tools/Software: Slack, Zoom, Outlook, Jira, and Asana
· Managing and prioritizing tasks across teams:
- Key Skills Needed: Strong leadership and collaboration skills with experience managing or coordinating team meetings and check-ins. Capable of managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks efficiently, and ensuring seamless communication across teams
- Tools/Software: Slack, Zoom, Outlook, Jira, and Asana
· Knowledge of UX/UI principles to optimize landing pages and improve user experience on digital platforms
· Documenting and sharing best practices
· Expertise in data visualization tools for creating comprehensive marketing performance reports; thorough knowledge of customer journey mapping and behavioral analytics to enhance lead nurturing and conversion techniques
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
· 3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, including a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing
· Experience with managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, SEO, paid media, etc.)
· E-commerce experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
· Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and Jira.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
· Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and customer journey analysis.
· Experience with automation tools for lead nurturing and workflows
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
· Experience with GMB
· Experience with data visualization tools – Tableau
