While Workflow Queen will be your primary focus (~30–35 hours/week), you’ll also support Magnetic Profits (~5–10 hours/week), helping drive growth and engagement through targeted strategies and execution for both businesses. Now let’s talk about the job requirements:

Must Haves:

  1. superior grasp of the English language and the ability to communicate effectively.
  2. Must have hands-on experience in managing marketing campaigns, building funnels, and executing on tasks such as content creation, email marketing, and ad management.
  3. Experience with tools like Kajabi, KartraManyChatSquarespaceGoogle AnalyticsFacebook AdsCanva or similar marketing platforms.
  4. Proven ability to manage both the big picture (strategy) and the small details (execution).
  5. Ability to analyze and track marketing data to make informed decisions and optimize performance.
  6. Experience managing and delegating tasks to marketing contractors and/or team members.
  7. Must be willing to document all processes, ensuring that strategies and workflows are clear and accessible to the team.
  8. Comfortable using Asana for project management and Notion for organizing and managing information.
  9. Ability to take initiative, think critically, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in marketing with an emphasis on both strategy and execution.
  2. Hands-on experience with podcast marketing, digital advertising, and creating content across various platforms.(and in the course/education/online course creator space)
  3. Strong project management skills and experience with remote collaboration tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Drive.
  4. Experience working with someone in the digital course space, with a deep understanding of the unique needs and strategies for course marketing.

Key Responsibilities + Roles:

As the Marketing & Content Specialist, your primary objective is to drive growth through strategic and creative marketing initiatives across both Workflow Queen and Magnetic Profits. Workflow Queen will be your primary focus (~30–35 hours per week), where you’ll take the lead on managing campaigns, content, and launches. Additionally, you’ll spend ~5–10 hours per week supporting Magnetic Profits with marketing strategies, funnel creation, and email campaigns to drive engagement and sales.

You will own the entire marketing process—from brainstorming innovative ideas to executing detailed strategies—while ensuring that every effort aligns with the unique goals of both brands. Your role will encompass tasks like managing podcasts, building high-converting funnels, and leading successful launches, all while ensuring a cohesive and impactful marketing strategy across Workflow Queen and Magnetic Profits.

You will act as key collaborator to the CEO, bringing fresh ideas and ensuring that all marketing activities across both brands are cohesive, effective, and results-driven. With a focus on continuous growth, you’ll help shape the marketing direction and collaborate across teams to create campaigns that excite, engage, and convert.

To succeed in this role, attention to detail and the ability to follow systems and processes are essential. Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  1. Own the marketing strategy for our courses, programs, resources and services across Workflow Queen and Magnetic Profits, driving revenue growth and engagement.
  2. Develop micro-offers, service enhancements, upsells, and downsells to keep customers engaged and maximize their lifetime value.
  3. Build and optimize funnels, email campaigns, and content strategies that attract and convert prospects into loyal students and clients for both brands.
  4. Design and manage flash sales for cash infusions when needed for both brands
  5. Document all marketing processes and strategies, keeping them organized and accessible for the team to use.
  6. Support the CEO in brainstorming and documenting ideas and strategies.
  7. Develop ad and video strategies that are enticing, exciting, and make people want to buy.
  8. Collaborate with contractors, freelancers, and vendors as needed, and bring in the right people to help execute our marketing strategy vision.

Podcast Strategy & Management:

  1. Manage the podcast end-to-end by researching improvements, increasing listener engagement, and lead initiatives to make the podcast more enticing.
  2. Create soundbites and repurpose content by developing shareable soundbites and repurpose episodes into freebies or content to drive program sales and engagement.
  3. Build custom playlists and promotional material by curating playlists that drive subscribers and create promotional material for episodes, including social media and newsletters.
  4. Boost subscriber growth and engagement by creating innovative, data-driven strategies tailored to the Workflow Queen audience.
  5. Create and set up private podcast feeds through HelloAudio for both brands to bring in quality leads.
  6. Manage and execute the editing process and produce detailed show notes to complement the podcast.

Content Creation:

  1. Develop unique content ideas tailored to the needs of both Workflow Queen and Magnetic Profits audiences, ensuring alignment with brand goals and messaging.
  2. Collaborate with the CEO and team to conceptualize and produce content that drives engagement and supports key initiatives across both brands.

Funnel Creation & Evergreen Marketing:

  1. Design, write, build, and optimize funnels that ensure consistent leads and sales for Workflow Queen programs and services offered at Magnetic Profits and convert prospects into customers, using lead magnets, email sequences, webinars/workshops and landing pages to drive engagement and sales.
  2. Regularly report and track performance using analytics and UTM tracking to monitor results, run A/B tests, and continuously refine funnels for better conversions.
  3. Maintain and refine evergreen funnels to ensure a consistent flow of leads and sales, regularly using analytics to optimize performance and identify new opportunities.

Launch & Promotion Marketing Strategy:

  1. Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies to drive sales, including upsells, downsells, and cross-sells, ensuring maximum revenue during launches.
  2. Provide creative direction by adjusting copy, sales pages, and email sequences to optimize conversion and engagement throughout the launch.
  3. Collaborate with the CEO on pre-launch strategy, driving bootcamp subscribers and purchasers, while continuously refining materials based on performance.
  4. Adapt marketing efforts as needed to pivot quickly, ensuring the launch strategy remains aligned with business goals and maximizes results.

Webinar/Workshop Strategy & Execution:

  1. Develop a comprehensive strategy for webinars, workshops, and live trainings designed to drive engagement and sales.
  2. Plan and build out the logistics for webinars and workshops, including funnel creation, email marketing, and follow-up sequences.
  3. Create webinar assets like landing pages, workbooks, slides, and presentation materials.
  4. Manage live webinar events, ensure seamless execution, and track participant engagement and conversion rates.
  5. Evaluate post-webinar data to identify improvements for future events and drive follow-up sales efforts.

Design & Creative Oversight

  1. Oversee all creative assets, ensuring they are on-brand, visually compelling, and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
  2. Collaborate with designers to create high-converting landing pages, sales pages, and marketing collateral, while providing feedback and quality control.
  3. Step in with basic design skills to create or edit assets when needed for quick turnarounds or testing ideas.
  4. Ensure consistency across platforms, maintaining cohesive branding and messaging throughout all touchpoints.
  5. Stay up-to-date with design trends, bringing innovative ideas to keep creative assets fresh and effective.

Research, Innovation & Continuous Growth:

  1. You’re not afraid to take risks and innovate—if you see podcast numbers slipping or campaigns underperforming, you research new strategies, listen to industry leaders, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  2. Stay on top of trends by taking courses (paid for by the company after approval), listening to podcasts, collaborating with others, and immersing yourself in the marketing world.
  3. Gather feedback from Workflow Queen students and Magnetic Profits clients through market research to continuously improve and tailor our strategies to both audiences.
