Content Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who can take expert insights and transform them into compelling, campaign-ready content. This role is perfect for a creative, results-driven marketer who thrives in a fast paced work environment and wants to make a real impact on marketing and sales initiatives.


What You’ll Do

Content Development

  1. Create and adapt content such as blogs, case studies, presentations, and other marketing assets.
  2. Collaborate with freelancers (designers, animators, videographers) to produce high-quality content.
  3. Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all materials.

Social Media Management

  1. Manage and maintain the content calendar to ensure strategic, timely delivery.
  2. Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and ROI.

Campaign Execution

  1. Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns to build brand presence and drive inbound leads.
  2. Support nurture campaigns with case studies, collateral, and email sequences.
  3. Use HubSpot and other tools to optimize marketing automation and campaign performance.
  4. Coordinate webinars, events, and targeted campaigns to support demand generation.

What We’re Looking For

  1. 3+ years in content marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.
  2. Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to make technical material engaging.
  3. Experience managing freelancers or creative agencies.
  4. Familiarity with LinkedIn campaigns and B2B marketing strategies.
  5. Strong organizational and project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities.
  6. A proactive, collaborative team player with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude.

Nice to Have

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  2. Experience with HubSpot, Google marketing tools, and virtual event coordination.
  3. Background in B2B marketing within technology or IT consulting industries.
