Elevate the Beckman Coulter Life Sciences brand by directly managing marketing and creative activities that promote the organization. This position is responsible for branding, creative services, marketing, communicating with internal and external stakeholders utilizing multiple channels. Leads a team of creative professionals and develops and improves internal processes for creation and dissemination of marketing assets.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Developing, executing, and governing marketing communications concepts and programs for engaging various stakeholders as per the business strategy and working closely with business representatives, marketing, and sales for ensuring content alignment and feasibility of the concepts and programs at business level.
• Researching, identifying, and selecting external marketing communications service providers and defining quality and delivery targets for externally assigned activities, monitoring ongoing progress, and resolving issues.
• Supervise a team of marketing professionals involved in the creation and distribution of promotional assets.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams – from creative, IT and production to product marketing and legal – to produce and manage promotional materials.
• Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met, while evolving the brand as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or related area.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to lead a team.
• A design background and proven success designing and executing marketing and communications strategies and campaigns.

• The salary range or hourly range for this role is $105,000 - $120,000 range. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
• This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
• We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
