•Define global Marketing Communication strategy and implement the communications plan for Otis key Modernization products & solutions, aligned with the business and brand strategies.
•Create the narratives for Otis key Modernization products & solutions and deploy them.
•Develop & execute integrated Marketing Communication campaigns and programs that deliver on the products value propositions, leveraging external digital media platforms (with a clear focus on otis.com) and partnerships to amplify and strengthen Otis Modernization products visibility and positioning.
•Partner with the Digital Marketing team to Identify the target audiences for the Modernization solutions and preferred channels to reach them; Build efficient messaging and produce creative impactful visual and written assets to support the campaigns; Continuously improve the efficiency of Otis Digital Marketing campaigns based on performance analysis and benchmarking.
•Design the event strategy for Modernization, leveraging the presence of Otis at key third-party trade/customer events and the organization of proprietary customer events.
•Support the External Communications COE to execute thought leadership programs through the creation and distribution of point of views content relating to Modernization.
•Based on the global ranking of events & conferences produced each year with the Sales & Marketing teams, support the Region Communications Leaders & teams to Organize their regional/local trade and proprietary events (logistics, contents and amplification) where Modernization products are featured; Identify and support high profile speaking opportunities related to Modernization in their geography.
•In collaboration with the Reporting / Metrics manager, drive the overall Modernization Marketing Communication plan with clear set of KPIs/metrics and adjust course as necessary based on performance. Leverage data to consistently improve efficiency.
•Monitor Competitors’ Marketing Communication communication on Modernization and provide adequate reporting and recommendation to drive continuous improvement.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
•Strong Communications expertise in several domains (Brand, PR, Media…) in international environments, with superior oral/presentation and written communications skills in English and creative thinking, tailoring communication methods to customer’s requirements.
•Ability to popularize technical concepts, identify & articulate the strengths of a product or service, and create clear & concise content in various formats (written, audiovisual)
•In-depth knowledge of product communications principles, storytelling techniques, and creative execution with a track record of driving successful campaigns in international environments
•Ability to develop and execute comprehensive and creative product communications strategies across several geographies
•Good analytical skills
•Strong project management capabilities
•Culturally sensitive, easily adapts to and understands different cultures
