Position: Marketing Associate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, interesting and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, a high tolerance for spreadsheets and a strong technical background. Focus will be on lead generation tactics, email marketing, and online marketing efforts. This role is essential in driving our marketing initiatives and supporting our growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Lead Generation Programs: Implement marketing tactics to generate and nurture leads through email and other online channels for conversion by account management team.
• Execute Email Marketing: Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage and convert prospects using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Manage Online Marketing: Manage online marketing campaigns, including social media, PPC, and SEO efforts.
• Conduct Data Analysis: Report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to drive improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up strategies.

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on lead generation and online marketing.
• Proven track record of successful email marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Proficient in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook ads, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
• Email Marketing Expertise: Experience with email marketing platforms (Marketing Cloud preferred) and best practices.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of online marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising. Knowledge of Wordpress, Form Assembly, SEMRush preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Adaptability: Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
