Looking for a self-starter hard-working individual with Adobe InDesign experience and ability to work on Wix website among other things. You will be responsible for producing brochures and fact sheets from an already existing design format. Responsibilities also include updating property pages and producing new pages on the web within the company format.

Other possible responsibilities might include e-blasts and other marketing for our company.

Work may be remote but if you are local to the DC Maryland Virginia area that is a plus.

Could be a freelance or employee position. Hours can be flexible - between 10 and 40 hours per week. Produce and update print and web marketing materials for our clients, consistent with company branding and utilizing existing design templates. InDesign experience required. Experience using a content management system required. Wix preferred.

This could also encompass in the future (but not necessary) general administrative work including Docusign, ZipForms, and if local other tasks.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
