The Marketing associate will understand sales and corporate objectives and work closely with the entire marketing team, primarily with the VP of Marketing as needed, to support project management and execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has a diverse skill set with strong project management experience of multi-faceted marketing initiatives, working collaboratively with team members, and has a working knowledge of marketing concepts including content and campaign development, digital marketing, demand generation, and social media. Experience with content management, marketing automation, and project management platforms is ideal, though not required. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, self-starter, and proactive communicator who takes initiative and performs day-to-day tasks with little oversight
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Manage all internal marketing requests and work with applicable team members to develop and execute requests.
- Oversee and maintain all aspects of marketing content on the intranet.
- Provide project management support for a variety of marketing initiatives.
- Support the development of departmental project analysis and reporting.
- Assist with management of branding and communication activities.
- Provide ad hoc design, content creation and project execution support as needed.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or other related degree required.
- 2-4 years of marketing experience, a plus.
- The ideal candidate has great communication and project management skills, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and solves problems creatively.
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with multiple marketing competencies.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills required.
- Comfortable working in sometimes ambiguous situations/projects and can pivot easily from one project to another.
- Strong organizational, project, and time management skills; able to address multiple projects/requests and meet tight deadlines with ownership and accountability.
- Self-driven, positive focus with a high standard of service, professionalism, and follow through.
- Proven presentation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, be detail-oriented and work independently as well as in groups.
- Ability to develop project plans, calendars and reporting including identification of milestones and deliverables
- Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills, experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe, and platforms such as Partdot and Asana, a plus.
