Job Title: Corporate Regional Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote Role- Only From Washington, District of Columbia
Duration: 5+ Months Contract with Possible Extension
Pay Rate: $40-$45/HR on W2

• Must have 3-6 years of directly relevant experience as a marketing specialist in similar organizations
• Hands on exp w/various marketing software's like Marketo, Splash, 6sense, Google Workspace, & events
• Highly Prefer candidates with strong Salesforce experience.
Job Brief:
• As part of the Demand Generation team and reporting to the Director, Commercial Regional Marketing, you will support marketing efforts for the South region of the Corporate (mid-market, Southeast, and TOLA territories) segment in North America. Partnering closely with sales leadership, you will execute the regional marketing strategy and drive the pipeline through a mix of marketing programs and collaborate closely with your teammates and RMMs from the other segments.
Responsibilities:
• Own the execution of the Corporate regional marketing programs for the South region, from budget management to program logistics and measurement
• Execute programs end-to-end such as virtual and in-person events, regional 3rd party conferences, meeting maker programs
• Manage all program-related logistics from event venues, catering, setting up SFDC campaigns, building registration pages, writing invite and follow-up email copy, sourcing speakers and event staffing, ordering branded materials and swag, onsite event support where necessary, measuring and tracking results
• Work with cross-functional marketing teams to implement the regional strategy
• Close collaboration with other segment RMMs, Marketing Operations, SDR teams, SE teams, AEs
• Track, analyze, and measure the success of regional marketing programs for the region
• Work closely with Sales on pre-event and campaign preparation as well as post-campaign follow-up with SDRs
• Communication of marketing programs, campaigns, and events to key stakeholders
• Weekly newsletter update to sales, slack channel posts with important updates
• Collaborate with the broader Partner Team (Channel & ISV) to support local partner programs
Requirements:
• Must have 3-6 years of directly relevant experience as a marketing specialist within a similarly sized organization.
• Hands-on experience with various marketing software such as Marketo, Splash, 6sense, Google Workspace, and/or event management applications.
• Highly preferred candidates with strong Salesforce experience.
• Strong social and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Deeply organized and detail-oriented
• Highly motivated, self-starter attitude
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to collaborate with team members while finding opportunities to provide value as an individual contributor
