· Format documentation, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets
· Provide technical editing/verify documentation meets contractual requirements
· Author meeting minutes
· Lead/participate/record documentation peer review sessions
· Deliver/track contractual documentation
· Maintain configuration control during documentation review process
· Deliver documents within contractual timeframes
· Create/maintain SharePoint document libraries/lists
· Obtain quotes/procure software
· Maintain GFE list
· Responsible for Measurement and Analysis (MA) CMMI process area/Metrics Reporting
· Provide Level II help desk support and training
· Maintain/update Help Desk Management Plan
Position Requirements:
(Years of experience, certifications, software skills, etc.)
· Five years of administrative/data management experience in support of comparable AF contracts
· Proficient in MS Office applications
· Working knowledge of AF processes
· Minimum of a NACI clearance level
Nice to Have:
· Working knowledge of MS SharePoint
· Working knowledge of CMMI Level 3 processes
· Familiarity with MS Project
· Help Desk support experience
· ITIL experience
