We are looking for:
POSITION: Maintenance Tech/ Handyman
PAY: $20-$25
LOCATION: Phoenix and Surrounding Areas
SHIFT: Mornings, Evenings, Weekends Available
HOURS: Full Time

DUTIES:
You have the freedom to accept jobs that you only know how to do however our company gets work orders for most of these items:

• Minor Carpentry Work (hanging doors, shelving, minor drywall, etc.)
• Minor Electrical (replacing outlets, hanging fan/light fixtures, mounting TV's, etc.)
• Minor Plumbing (replacing faucets, toilets, toilet parts, spigots, etc.)
• Paint/Tape/Texturing (Knockdown, skip trowel, Orange Peal, Flat)
• Other Season and Random Items

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ Years of Professional Handyperson Experience Required
• Reliable Transportation that can carry a 9-12ft ladder, if needed.
• Small/ Common Tools for jobs
• Smart phone
