Overview:

The Lead Talent Advisor is responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of field talent advisors. This position will partner with Operations Leaders throughout the west region to provide daily support, escalations, and long-term initiatives. Communication and leadership skills will be key in this position. This position will support all Operations openings throughout the organization.


The ideal candidate must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada or Washington.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process for professional positions from initial brief, candidate contact, interview cycle, and offer while working seamlessly with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts
  • Serve as a strategic Lead Talent Advisor by actively maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders by using talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and influence them on how to identify and acquire the best talent
  • Manage a personal requisition load of 20-25+ job openings at a time
  • Network to recruit active and passive candidates for current positions and build talent pipelines for future career opportunities
  • Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Senior Leaders to establish and manage strategy delivery and execution
  • Lead a team of remote Talent Advisors by managing, mentoring, coaching, and developing their performance
  • Develop a trusted relationship with the business that results in becoming an advisor/business partner
  • Provide insights and recommendations on recruiting strategies and best practices that contribute to a world-class hiring experience to the following stakeholders: candidates, hiring managers, business managers, and talent advisors
  • Contribute to and lead various Talent Acquisition initiatives that are in support of our vision and enable long-term success
  • Monitor and report on various staffing metrics such as costs per hire, turnover, and others to determine the effectiveness and impact of results on the business
  • Must have experience managing in a remote environment
  • 30%-40% travel required
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications:


  • Exceptional ability to interact with all levels within the organization
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and situation with discretion
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced growing environment
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Superior skills in sourcing passive candidates and a passion for connecting with candidates
  • Familiar with current laws/legal requirements concerning recruitment and employment, EEO, ADA, labor relations, etc.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of recruiting experience with supervisory responsibilities
  • Spanish Bilingual preffered

Salary Range: $65,000.00 – $125,000.00 / year Pay Transparency Statement: At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications.
