What You Need for this Position

Must have
4+ years of similar experience in Business Analytics, Data Analysis or Financial Analysis
2+ years of experience using Yardi- Either as a Yardi User or Support/Admin
Strong technical skills in data extraction, analysis, visualization using tools such as SQL, Excel, and various BI platforms
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a multi company, cross collaboration team

Nice to have
Understanding of the real estate business
PowerBI
