Job Description:

The L2 IT/End User Support Specialist is an intermediate position that performs tasks related to repairing various technology-based products typically associated with an end-user computing environment.

 

Responsibilities

    • We need an L2 resource who can work quickly and carefully in a large and complex environment.
    • Administration of Active Directory-accounts, and group policies.
    • O365 administration - user and mail profiles, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, security groups.
    • Remote, and hands-on support for desktop, user, network, and server infrastructure (75+ Employees, PC and Mac.)
    • Telecom administration - configuration, patching, deployment.
    • Advanced application and endpoint troubleshooting.
    • DUO SSO administration.

 

Education and Experience:

 

  • Typically requires technical school certification or the equivalent of 2-4 years of relevant experience

 

Certifications and Qualifications:

 

  • Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
  • Knowledge of relevant software and hardware systems
  • Understanding of ITIL methodologies
  • A+ certification is desired
  • May require additional customer-specific certifications or training as required

 

Skills

 

  • Excellence in communication and customer-facing skills
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and processes with minimal instruction
  • Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Must own a basic repair kit
  • Additional requirements may exist if the offer of employment is extended.
