Nemean Solutions is looking for a Junior AI Proposal Writer to join our growing team in an exploratory, growth-focused role.

This is a great fit for someone early in their career (or just starting out!) who’s eager to learn, experiment with AI tools, and help us craft proposals that win real-world work with government clients.

Nemean Solutions, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors.

Job Overview:

This role will support the development of high-quality task order proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition to clients. You will review solicitation requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather key information, and leverage AI tools to craft compelling narratives that align with our strategic objectives. This role offers strong growth potential, with the opportunity to take on greater strategic responsibility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation and formatting of proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.
2. Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and insights, while carefully reviewing and validating outputs before implementing or sharing.
3. Use AI-Assisted content generation responsibly, with an emphasis on human oversight and accuracy.
4. Conduct research and collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance proposal content.
5. Draft and edit proposal sections to convey clear and persuasive messaging.
6. Maintain a library of reusable content and proposal templates to streamline future submissions.
7. Support the proposal review process by incorporating feedback and revisions from stakeholders.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements/Education:

1. High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field, preferred.
2. 1+ year of experience in proposal writing, technical writing, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
3. Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Vultron, Gemini, etc.) to support content or analysis.
4. Strong judgment and critical thinking skills to evaluate the reliability and appropriateness of AI-generated outputs.
5. Commitment to maintaining quality and ethical standards when applying IA in work.
6. Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced.
9. Strong desire and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
