Lutron Electronics Co., Inc has an immediate opening for an Internal Communications Copywriter; this job can be located at our Global Headquarters office in Coopersburg PA or our Conshohocken PA office. In this position, you would be a key part of the Employee Communications team. A successful Internal Communications Copywriter will possess strong storytelling and writing skills and have a knack for identifying topics and themes that will motivate and engage Lutron’s global, multi-lingual workforce.

Responsibilities
 

• Partner with communications champions to gather key business insights and apply strategic thinking to create short and long-term stories and compelling content including the creation of employee newsletters, e-mail, scripts and stories shared via Lutron’s intranet.
• Write, develop, edit, and disseminate multiple forms of internal communication content for Lutron’s global employees to keep them informed and engaged with corporate news and to support organizational initiatives.
• Develop and nurture relationships and work collaboratively with business leaders, plant managers, and employees to ensure stories are told through a global lens.
• Juggle multiple priorities/deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
 

• Bachelor’s degree required in Liberal arts, Journalism, English, Writing, Communications or related field 
• Required Work Experience: minimum 5 years business writing experience within a corporate internal communications or human resources environment
• Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish)

• Strong writing with a passion for strategic storytelling

• Must be located within commutable distance of Coopersburg PA office or Conshohocken PA office to accommodate in-office schedule
