This is a part time remote role, 16 hours per week, work hours are daily, M-F, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM PST.

Looking for an Internal Communication Specialist with attention to detail, strong writing skills, strong project management skills and an ability to manage stakeholders from across the company. This role will be an intake for an internal newsletter, so they'll have to manage inbound content submissions and then build weekly newsletters based on an existing schedule using an establish newsletter technology provider.

Required Skills:

1. 3+ years of experience in Technical writing.
2. Strong Project/program management skills.
3. Technical fluency writing electronic newsletters.
4. Experience using newsletter technology platform
5. Writes, edits, reviews and oversees release of internal communication documents and programs that support and drive strategic business objectives.
6. Write and edit internal communication materials to increase employee engagement and leadership effectiveness.
7. Work closely with leaders to develop and manage communication plans.
8. Develop strategy for management to communicate goals throughout the organization to motivate employees to own business results.
9. Write and edit leadership messages. Position messages and provide coaching to managers to maximize effectiveness of communications.
10. Coach leaders to become listeners in order to better understand their organizations.
11. Use tools such as surveys, customer feedback, etc., to gather information and determine overall results and themes.
12. Requires a Bachelor's degree.
