In this role, you will
 

• Conduct independent research with a senior scientist
• Demonstrate responsibility for synthesis and purification
• Demonstrate responsibility for chemical intermediates and target compounds
  
   

Qualifications
 

• At least a Junior or Senior majoring in Chemistry, or related field, with completion of organic synthesis class and lab
• Previous research experience or advanced organic synthesis work/lab work, preferred
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and presentation skills
• Highly motivated and a self-starter with minimal need for direct supervision of daily tasks
• Ability to commit to a 10-week, full-time summer internship program
  
   

Salary: $22.00/hr.
