Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Location: Quincy, MA (Fully Remote Available – Can work form anywhere in U.S.)

Type: Contract through December 2025 (Potential Extension)

Hours: Full-Time, 40 hrs/week, Mon–Fri (8AM–5PM EST)

Contract Type: W2 (with health benefits) or 1099

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Infrastructure Project Manager with strong experience leading IT infrastructure, cloud, and virtualization projects—preferably in the banking or financial services industry. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and conversational Spanish, possesses deep knowledge of infrastructure delivery, and is comfortable operating in ITIL-based environments.

You’ll be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of technology infrastructure projects, from planning through execution, while engaging with stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring auditable deliverables. This role requires both strategic oversight and tactical execution, including strong documentation, change management, and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end infrastructure project management across planning, execution, and delivery phases.
2. Coordinate multiple concurrent projects (e.g., Disaster Recovery, obsolescence, system hardening, monitoring).
3. Manage stakeholder communications, executive reporting, and project documentation.
4. Oversee infrastructure design reviews, environment provisioning (production/pre-prod/dev), and system upgrades or migrations.
5. Identify and mitigate risks proactively; provide contingency planning and root cause analysis when needed.
6. Support change, incident, and service management processes in an ITIL-aligned framework.
7. Ensure all deliverables are audit-ready with thorough documentation and evidence collection.

Required Qualifications

1. 5+ years of IT Infrastructure Project Management in banking, finance, or a highly regulated environment.
2. Conversational Spanish and fluent English communication skills.
3. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts: Cloud (private/public), High Availability, Load Balancing, Virtualization, Monitoring, Disaster Recovery.
4. Experienced in project scheduling and documentation tools (MS Project, Excel, Visio, Word).
5. PMP certification (or equivalent training).
6. ITIL certification or deep familiarity with ITIL-based operations.
7. Ability to communicate technical details to both business and technical audiences.
8. Strong attention to documentation, reporting, and evidence tracking.

Nice to Have

1. Technical background (e.g., systems engineering or IT operations).
2. Familiarity with SDLC and software delivery processes.
3. Experience with iPaaS tools or systems integrations.
4. Previous work managing programs or portfolios of projects.
