Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and creative Influencer & PR Marketing Manager to lead influencer partnerships, manage social media channels, and strengthen our brand visibility through key media and industry relationships. This hybrid role blends digital campaign execution with strategic PR, allowing you to shape the voice and reach of a dynamic, fast-growing brand. You’ll be responsible for developing creator relationships, securing impactful media coverage, and driving social content strategy.


Key Responsibilities


Influencer & Creator Partnerships:

• Identify and partner with U.S.-based influencers and content creators aligned with brand values.

• Manage creator outreach, negotiations, deliverables, and post-campaign analysis.

• Align influencer campaigns with product launches and seasonal initiatives.

• Attend industry events and brand activations to build offline relationships.


Social Media Management:

• Own daily operations of social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Monitor community engagement and respond to messages professionally.

• Analyze social performance and report actionable insights.


Media & Editorial Outreach:

• Build relationships with journalists, editors, and industry media to secure earned coverage.

• Pitch compelling brand stories and coordinate interviews or press features.

• Plan and support press events or offline engagements to boost credibility.


Brand & Crisis Communication:

• Monitor media sentiment and digital trends to identify potential PR risks.

• Act proactively to mitigate issues and ensure brand consistency.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with global marketing and sales teams to align content, influencer, and PR strategies.

• Support campaign planning and asset development for product launches.


Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or public relations.

• Proven ability to manage creator partnerships and secure media coverage.

• Strong network with influencers, journalists, or creators is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
