Execute influencer marketing campaigns including organic gifting, paid collaborations, and brand ambassador programs to drive customer acquisition.
Identify, onboard, and manage a targeted roster of U.S.-based influencers (nano to macro) with a focus on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Continuously optimize influencer sourcing, engagement, and retention strategies for the U.S. market.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align influencer activations with product launches, marketing campaigns, and experiential events.
Partner with creative teams to leverage influencer-generated content across marketing channels.
Research emerging social platforms and trends to identify new growth opportunities.
Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; share insights with stakeholders.
Requirements
3+ years of influencer marketing experience for a direct-to-consumer brand (U.S. market focus).
Experience in fashion, travel, or lifestyle e-commerce preferred.
Deep understanding of U.S. culture and social media landscape; ability to identify and engage culturally relevant influencers.
Existing network of U.S.-based influencers and PR contacts.
Strong relationship-building skills with ability to negotiate and manage partnerships.
Native-level English proficiency; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with social media analytics and measurement tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint/Keynote.
