Qualifications:

• Experience in payroll processing
• Experience in developing HR policies and employee manuals
• Experience in employee benefits programs
• Experience in hiring, onboarding and management procedures
• Experience in establishing and conducting orientation and training programs

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Preparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Managing conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
• Crafting talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Supporting organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
• Maintaining Human Resource files for all employees.
• Enforcing management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Promote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce our position as an equal opportunity employer.
• Evaluate training and development programs.
• Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives.

Requirements Include:

• Experience as a Human Resource Manager
• Experience in strategic planning
• In-depth knowledge of all HR functions
• Communication and problem solving skills
• Excellent leadership abilities
• BS or BA in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology or related field
