Our client is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team in Bethesda, MD! The ideal candidate will be professional, assertive, and be excited to support the Human Resources Department!

Pay: $75,000-$85,000 dependent on experience.

Job Description:

• Post jobs on multiple recruiting platforms and aid in every stage of the recruiting process
• Track and report applicant data
• Research and implement internal programs that strengthen employee/employer relations.
• Support learning and development life cycle: assessment, planning, training, implementation, etc
• Assist in creating and implementing office policies and practices as well as employment programs and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years supporting an HR or talent management department
• Knowledgeable of HR programs, such as benefits and recruiting
• Training planning, development, and implementation experience
• Policy development experience
• Strong critical thinking and project management skills
• Trustworthiness and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to accurately generate reports as needed
