Job Description:

SRT is looking for an enthusiastic, results-oriented Head of Revenue who can address both strategy and tactics to grow revenue and create desired business outcomes. Creative and forward thinking; and also willing and able to roll up your sleeves and execute on current projects and opportunities. You will manage and align the sales and marketing teams with an acute focus on both top-line revenue and profit, drive new channel development, increase cloud marketplace adoption, and collaborate with product and client services teams to ensure prioritization of revenue growth. The candidate must have B2B technology, software or SaaS experience.

What you will do:

  • Build and lead a high-performing revenue generation team. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration among team members
  • Direct implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
  • Develop and manage multiple channel selling strategies
  • Manage departmental budgets, compensation and commission
  • Define and implement strategies for growing cloud subscription revenue, closely collaborating with marketing and product management
  • Provide guidance and a clear vision for the marketing team, encompassing demand generation, branding, product marketing and content creation
  • Exhibit a proven ability to define target customer personas and devise and execute strategies to effectively communicate with these segments
  • Rely on data to inform strategic decisions, including pricing, product strategies, and the buyer journey.
  • Evangelize the product and service lines and personally help close large deals and strategic MSP and CSP partnerships
  • Create effective tools and methods in delivering sales targets, quotas, forecast and budget.
  • Investigate factors impacting sales performance and adjust and pivot accordingly.
  • Take an entrepreneurial and creative approach to designing and implementing key business development, sales and relationship-building initiatives that will push the organization forward
  • Succinctly and clearly present sales metrics and results to Executive Management

Your Additional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 7+ years’ experience of progressive, successful business development and sales leadership experience in a similar type, sized, and paced business.
  • Experience in software industry required.
  • Experience with cloud and SaaS is highly desired.
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, and Google cloud marketplaces a plus
  • Experience with Cybersecurity solutions a plus
