Responsibilities

• Complete a wide range of maintenance and repairs on our portfolio of multi-family apartments in the Greater Merrimack Valley, MA region as well as retail homeowner customers.
• Perform light carpentry, light electrical work, light plumbing repairs and painting/patching projects.
• Complete work order tickets assigned to you using a cell phone app to document work completed and accept payments.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in apartment maintenance and repairs, required.
• Problem-solving skills are key.
• Light plumbing, light electrical skills and painting/patching skills required.
• Ability to use a cell phone, computer or tablet to receive and document work orders.
• Strong work ethic including punctuality, dependability and flexibility, required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal and motor vehicle background screening.
