Duties:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and appliances
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Handle carpentry tasks such as building shelves, repairing furniture, and installing doors
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Skills:
- Proficient in a variety of maintenance person tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
