We are in need of someone who knows plumbing, electrical, drywall, taping, installing baseboard, painting. Must have your own tools and transportation. Bilingual is a plus. - Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential homes
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any issues or potential problems
- Install, repair, or replace fixtures, appliances
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
- Paint and touch up surfaces as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.48 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
