Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and provide solutions
- Install, repair, and replace fixtures, appliances, and equipment, shower glass doors, windows.
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks
- Paint and perform minor carpentry work
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Note: 5 years minimum experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
