• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform various general repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, flooring, landscaping, and more.
• Respond to work orders and address maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and provide preventative maintenance.
• Install or repair fixtures, appliances, doors, windows, and other items as needed.
• Troubleshoot problems and implement effective solutions to ensure functionality and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of completed tasks, materials used, and time spent on each project.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service, communicate effectively, and address concerns or questions.
