THE ROLE

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist for a 40-hour-per-week, 14-week contract. The successful candidate will work within the marketing department and across teams to ensure creative growth strategies are infused across all platforms, channels, and touchpoints.

The ideal candidate for this role has experience scaling a growth strategy for startups. You must have exceptional analytical skills, deep Hubspot experience, social ads expertise, and the ability to identify high-leverage opportunities that help maximize growth.

This position is 100% remote and reports to our Marketing Director.

Salary Range: $60-80/ hour

What You’ll Do

• Manage a monthly paid campaign budget across multiple platforms
• Platforms including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Mountain.com, Bitmedia.com, Brave.com
• Manage external relationships with ad vendors (ex: Bitmedita, Reddit, Mountain)
• Drive continued innovation and improvement by analyzing campaign performance, recommending next steps, and testing iterations to improve performance
• Create, own, and execute email campaigns for Casa, including A/B testing, list growth, and tracking email performance
• Manage ongoing landing page development
• Work closely with the creative team to develop and test creative assets and concepts
• Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data issues, and other key marketing ops functions
• Audit & create optimization strategies for our email campaign and flows within Hubspot

Internal Team Collaboration

• Work alongside the marketing team: Design, Content, Community
• Attended weekly meetings with cross-functional teams
• Attend weekly 1 on 1 with Marketing Director for project updates and progress sync

WHO YOU ARE

• 5+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns
• Deep knowledge of Hubspot and analytics tools
• Experience with A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis
• Knowledge of data capture, management, and funnels
• Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A “self-starter” who can work independently

Nice to have

• 7+ years experience in B2C email marketing
• 2+ years of previous experience working at high-paced startups
• Skilled at landing page development and testing
• Basic HTML and CSS skills
• Previous experience working in cryptocurrency companies
