GILDED SOCIAL was founded by Scott Friedberg in 2011 while he was a sophomore at Syracuse University. The firm has since grown to support over 75 companies across various industries with marketing and digital signage solutions. Expanding the GILDED brand is a core part of our strategy. In 2019, we opened GILDED CLUB, a speakeasy-style lounge in downtown Syracuse, and in 2021, we partnered with a longtime client to launch CardBreaks.com, an online media property focused on the sports collectibles industry. We’re actively exploring additional brand extensions and acquisition opportunities to expand our reach further.


About the Role

The Growth Marketing Manager will drive customer acquisition and retention through strategic management of paid social, paid search, SEO, and conversion rate optimization, with a focus on data-driven growth across all digital channels.


Responsibilities

  1. Manage and optimize paid social, paid search, and SEO campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  2. Conduct A/B testing and CRO strategies to improve website performance and user experience.
  3. Analyze campaign data to inform and adjust strategies, including email and SMS marketing if applicable.


Skills

  1. Expertise in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook) and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  2. Strong analytical skills with experience in CRO and A/B testing.
  3. Proficiency in email and SMS marketing platforms is a plus.
